New! Amber-colored, fragrant, summery, floral, honeyed. The beer is medium-bodied and hops are lightly used

LAKKA PORTER 7,5%

Mahogany brown, cloudy, aromatic, yeasty, toffee-like, slightly chocolatey, medium-strong hops. The beer is medium-bodied and has light hints of Lapland wild hops

Dark Wheat beer 5,5%

Made for those who like something good and special. Classic taste and quite sufficient. Resin brown, rich foam, soft, softly honeyed, fruity, mildly desired

Porter 5,1%, 7,5%

Stout is black, bright in color, dry, coffee-like, with aromas of light chocolate, licorice, and medium-sized hops

Where is Old Kemi?

Old Kemi is based in Kemi, Lapland, where it all began in 1920.

What beers do you brew?

We currently produce lager, IPA, cloudberry porter, and stout styles.

When did brewing start again?

Brewing was restarted by Heikki Tuomisto’s grandson in 2020 with three flavors ready by December.

Do you have your own brewery?

Not yet, but we’re working to establish one here in Kemi city soon.

Can I buy your beer abroad?

Yes, as a contract brewery, we produce and sell beers in several countries.
